About Us

Soon after moving to Revelstoke from New Zealand in late 2006, Wendy and Richard Mulligan decided it was the perfect place to pursue their dream of starting a family-run gourmet chocolate business. Wendy trained as a Professional Chocolatier in early 2007 with Ecole Chocolat in Vancouver, spending many blissful hours playing and experimenting with chocolate. By the summer of 2007, they were ready to introduce Chocolate Summit to Revelstoke.

Meeting the public at the local Farmer's Market was a wonderful way to start, and both Wendy and Richard have an enjoyable time sharing their mouthwatering chocolates with shoppers who were only too happy to try them! Chocolate Summit has become well-known in Revelstoke, as customers return again and again for top-quality handmade organic chocolate treats.
